Armorvue Home Exteriors recently completed a vinyl siding, window and gutter replacement project on our 95 year old home. Additionally, they installed soffit and replaced facia boards. Being an older home, there were unusual areas that needed trimmed out. Jamie and James were super helpful and really helped me out by offering options and recommendations to address several issues. The final results were exceptional and greatly appreciated. The new windows replaced our home’s original single pane windows. They were able to replace 34 original windows with 15 energy efficient windows. The project’s final result was an amazing transformation of an aging house. The members of the crew were exceptionally skilled, professional craftsman and provided the highest quality product. The team’s attention to detail went over and above our expectations. The crew was top notch, friendly, and detail oriented. I most highly recommend Armorvue Home Exteriors for any siding and window projects.

Had a great experience starting with the Salesman Bill. Then Jamie(Project manager) came out double checked everything…measurements and so on. Then the install team came out, Dave & Jimmy. They respected my property and all my requests. I have pretty high standards and they checked all the boxes!! It’s a great company!!

ETA: It has been 2 years since our window install. 3 windows have had issues with the opening/closing mechanisms and/or the plastic loop (meant to be used for removal) on the screen snapped off.

ORIGINAL POST: I met with Criss Maple from Armorvue to get an estimate to replace 19 windows on our 100+ year old home. One large window in particular poses a challenge to replace due to the original, beautiful leaded cut glass transoms above and next to it, but Criss took pictures, sent them to his project manager, and within minutes we were on speaker phone creating a plan to replace it. Criss was incredibly patient with me and answered all of my questions. I never felt like he was pushing the sale. After meeting with other window companies and comparing products,
costs, and warranties, we chose Armorvue. Their window design pleased us best, the estimated costs were reasonable, and the warranty was the best. We chose to finance through the company they work with and that process was very simple. We have scheduled our installation measurement appointment and hope to have our new windows installed within the next few months.

Armorvue has wonderful employees who provide excellent customer service. I would like to commend Jill, the office manager on her perfect customer service. Brad Nietz did a fantastic job with the sales process and Jamie did a terrific job managing and scheduling the production. Everything was transparent and exactly as advertised. The production crew did a wonderful job installing our windows and we would highly recommend Armorvue. The sales manager Brad reached out after the install as a courtesy and I thought that was a great touch. 5/5 stars 👍

My experience was good. From start to finish. The only regret I have is that I waited too long to get new windows. I shopped around and this company had the best price and warranty. Highly recommended.

They were timely, and did a good job! New window looks great, also the only place I could find that you didn’t need to package 3 windows for them to come out! Highly recommend

New windows are great. Installer, David, explained his work, answered questions and the result was an amazing upgrade for my home! Only one small problem was a damaged screen, which was noted by installer David on receipt he's turning in to your office. He said someone would contact me regarding replacement. Thanks Brad for all your help and advice. I'll be spreading the word on your quality product.

We purchased new windows were really impressed with Armorvue from beginning (quote) to the end of the process. Even their follow up to ensure that we were satisfied was more that what we expected. I just wish we would have had Armorvue quote and install our roof. One of the other big name in the Toledo market was unprofessional from beginning to end and the only positive I have to say about the un-named company is we like the roof but I am sure I would have been satisfied with Armorvue. My error but next time, Armorvue is the way to go. I will be directing my family, friends and neighbors to Armorvue.

We have used Armorvue for several of our windows and our patio door. We just love how professional they are and the work is excellent. We also love that they continue to work with us as we replace our windows a few at a time. They have never pressured us to do the entire house, which we greatly appreciate. The crew are extra careful and do a great clean up after. Would highly recommend!!!!

From start to finish, the door we ordered was exactly as promised, AND, it was installed sooner than we expected. The Installer (Dave) was very nice, respectful of our home and did the install well and in a timely manner. We certainly will have more work done by ARMORVUE.
